Handmade in the UK by www.beerbabe.co.uk from quality Polarfleece. Unlike a conventional neck warmer the NeckHugger is made from a flat sheet of fleece which forms a tube with 3 small pads of Velcro.
Where this really matters is that once warmed up the NeckHugger can be removed without having to take your helmet or gloves off, or even whilst riding. Just rip it off and temporarily store in a convenient pocket until you stop for a chat at the top of your favourite descent.
